MB Beratung ist seit über 25 Jahren spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und Beratung im Gesundheitswesen. Für unseren Kunden – ein etabliertes und familiär geführtes Altenheim – suchen wir im Rahmen der direkten Vermittlung eine engagierte Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) mit abgeschlossener Weiterbildung nach § 71 SGB XI.

Unser Ziel ist es, Sie in ein Umfeld zu bringen, in dem Ihre Kompetenz und Ihr Engagement wirklich geschätzt werden.

### 🧭 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation des Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Personalplanung, -führung und -entwicklung
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Bewohner, Angehörige und Mitarbeiter
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und der Heimleitung
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards

### 🎓 Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Altenpfleger/in
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (§ 71 SGB XI)
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen
