Pflegedienstleiter/in für ambulante Pflege gesucht (m/w/d) ab 35h/Woche, 30 €/h

Wir suchen ab dem nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams für 35 oder 40 Wochenstunden.

Die Geschäftsführung wird Ihnen unterstützend und beratend zur Seite stehen.

Voraussetzungen:

  • Abschluss als Pflegedienstleitung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Erstellen der Tourenplanung
  • Dienstplan erstellen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ärzten
  • Kenntnisse im Qualitäts- und Hygienemanagement und deren Umsetzung im Team
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Loyalität
  • Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Arbeit an Sonn- und Feiertagen, falls erforderlich
  • Umsetzung aller Auflagen (MD, Hygiene, Qualität…)
  • Durchführung von MD-Prüfungen

Was wir Ihnen bieten:

  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Zahlung von Zulagen für Sonn- und Feiertage
  • Gehalt 30,00 €/Std.
  • Monatliche Sachbezüge i.H.v. 50 €
  • Vermögenswirksame Leistung i.H.v. 40 €
