Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der ambulanten Pflege suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und erfahrene Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unseres ambulanten Pflegedienstes
  • Steuerung und Sicherstellung einer bedarfsgerechten, qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege
  • Führung, Anleitung und Entwicklung des Pflegepersonals
  • Tourenplanung und effiziente Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Klient*innen, Angehörige und Kooperationspartner
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Pflegedienstes

hr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft gemäß § 71 SGB XI
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege wünschenswert
  • Führungserfahrung und Organisationsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
