  • Pflegedienstleiter / in (m/w/d)
  • Als PDL leiten Sie Personal, optimieren Arbeitsabläufe, stellen die Qualität der
  • Pflege sicher.
  • Sie arbeiten eng und vertrauensvoll mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, Beraten Kunden und Angehörige.
  • Mitwirkung im Bereitschaftsdienst

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Alten/Gesundheits- Krankenpflege mit Weiterbildung zur PDL (§80 SDB XI )
  • Erfahrung im QM ist wünschenswert.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, möglichst in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Fähigkeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses.
  • Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeiterführung u. Motivation, hohe Sozialkompetenz.
