Unser renommierter ambulanter Pflegedienst in Rheinstetten sucht eine dynamische Führungspersönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt und unsere Strukturen weiterentwickelt. Führen Sie ein engagiertes Team, sichern Sie die Qualität und pflegen Sie den Kontakt zu unseren langjährigen Kunden.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegedienstes, Qualitätssicherung und die Optimierung von Prozessen. Sie arbeiten eng mit der Verwaltung und Geschäftsführung zusammen und nutzen moderne digitale Lösungen wie SNAP. Ein dauerhafter Einsatz in Pflegebesuchen ist nicht vorgesehen, sodass Sie sich ganz auf Ihre Führungsaufgaben konzentrieren können.

Sie sind eine examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit Erfahrung in der Leitung ambulanter Pflegedienste und überzeugen durch klare und respektvolle Führung. Verantwortung und Entscheidungsfreude sind für Sie selbstverständlich. Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und gestalten Sie die Zukunft unseres Pflegedienstes aktiv mit.
