Pflege­dienstleitung (PDL) (m/w/d) – Ambulante Pflege in Berlin-Spandau

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegedienstes
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Personalführung, Dienst- und Tourenplanung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Klienten und Angehörige
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Krankenhäusern und Kostenträgern
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von MD-Prüfungen
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Anerkannte Qualifikation als Pflegedienstleitung
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Freude an Führung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Dokumentationssystemen
