Für einen ambulanten Pflegedienst in Zwickau suchen wir zeitnah und unbefristet eine engagierte und empathische Pflegedienstleitung in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • \* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegeteams
  • \* Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Klientenzufriedenheit
  • \* Personalführung, -planung und -entwicklung
  • \* Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards mit einer QMB an Ihrer Seite

‍⚕️ Ihr Profil:

  • \* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • \* Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung gemäß §71 SGB XI
  • \* Idealerweise 2–3 Jahre Leitungserfahrung im ambulanten Bereich
  • \* Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
  • Führschein der Klasse B
