Im Auftrag eines etablierten ambulanten Pflegedienstes bei Neustadt in Holstein sucht medcareer - Ihr Spezialist für Recruiting im Bereich Medical & Healthcare - eine engagierte und qualifizierte ambulante Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d), die mit Herz und Kompetenz führt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Koordination des ambulanten Pflegeteams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität gemäß aktueller Standards
  • Dienst- und Tourenplanung sowie Kapazitätssteuerung
  • Ansprechpartner für Patienten, Angehörige und Kooperationspartner im Gesundheitswesen
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle betriebswirtschaftlicher sowie gesetzlicher Vorgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in)
  • Anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (mind. 460 Stunden)
  • Nachweisbare Leitungserfahrung im ambulanten oder stationären Pflegebereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Pflegedokumentationssystemen und MS Office
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken
