Im Auftrag eines ambulanten Pflegedienstes bei Norderstedt suchen wir eine Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Ihre Aufgaben als Pflegedienstleitung ambulant (m/w/d)

  • Verantwortung für die fachliche, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Steuerung des ambulanten Pflegedienstes
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines engagierten Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität sowie der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Qualitätsstandards
  • Effiziente Personal- und Tourenplanung für eine optimale Klientenversorgung
  • Beratung von Klienten und Angehörigen sowie Pflege und Ausbau des Kundenstamms

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) sowie Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise im ambulanten Bereich
  • Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und zu entwickeln
  • Gute Kenntnisse der sozialrechtlichen Grundlagen (SGB V, XI und XII)
  • Organisationstalent, wirtschaftliches Denken und eine wertschätzende Kommunikationsweise
