Für eine etablierte soziale Einrichtung mit jahrzehntelanger Erfahrung in der Pflege suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) für den ambulanten Bereich im Betreuten Wohnen – idyllisch gelegen in Kreuth am Tegernsee.

Hier erwartet Sie nicht nur eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe, sondern auch ein Umfeld, das von Wertschätzung, Teamgeist und echter sozialer Verantwortung geprägt ist.

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des ambulanten Pflegeteams
  • Organisation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Pflegebetriebs
  • Entwicklung individueller Pflegekonzepte
  • Dienstplanung, Mitarbeiterführung und Qualitätssicherung

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Pflege
  • Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft (PDL)
  • Erfahrung im ambulanten Dienst und in der Abrechnung
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und soziale Kompetenz
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
