### Ihre neue Leitungsaufgabe mit Sinn

  • Die Tagespflege Akticom steht für hochwertige Pflege, Menschlichkeit und ein wertschätzendes Miteinander.
  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Leitungsteams suchen wir eine Pflegedienstleitung / Einrichtungsleitung (m/w/d) , die fachliche Kompetenz mit Herz und Führung verbindet.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die fachliche, organisatorische und personelle Leitung der Tagespflege
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Angehörige, Mitarbeitende und Kooperationspartner
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben, Qualitätsstandards und Dokumentationspflichten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege o. ä.)
  • Anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Leitungserfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
