Für einen kleinen privat geführten Träger der stationäre Altenpflege im Raum Iserlohn suchen wir im Auftrag folgende Qualifikation:

eine Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten...

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Berufserfahrung als PDL in der stationären Altenpflege
  • fachliche Kompetenz und Führungsqualitäten
  • sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen – denn „Wir machen das später“ ist nicht immer eine Lösung
