Deine Aufgaben

· Du erstellst die Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeiter und führst die individuelle Pflegeplanung durch

· Du führst die Grund- und Behandlungspflege der Patienten durch

· Du dokumentierst und organisierst allgemeine und administrative Aufgaben

· Du bist Ansprechpartner für Bewohner, Angehörige, Ärzte und Mitarbeiter

Dein Profil

· Du hast eine Ausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau, Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger/in oder Krankenschwester/-pfleger

· Fachweiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung

· Du bist flexibel und kannst gut im Team arbeiten
