Die Diakoniestation Doberlug-Kirchhain gGmbH betreibt seit 1991 einen ambulanten Pflegedienst in Doberlug-Kirchhain und den umliegenden Ortschaften. Täglich werden kranke und hilfsbedürftige Menschen von einem erfahrenen Team aus Schwestern und Pflegekräften versorgt, betreut und beraten. Auch eine Tagespflege und der Seniorentreff gehören seit einigen Jahren zu unserem Aufgabenfeld.

Für unsere Tagespflege suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegedienstleitung m/w/d für 40h/Woche (Mo-Fr 7:30 - 16.00 Uhr).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegedienstes
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Einhaltung von Standards
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Patienten und Angehörige
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern und Institutionen
  • Verantwortung für die Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil: 

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege sowie in einer Leitungsfunktion
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Kenntnisse über rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen in der Pflege
