  • Examinierter Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) oder examinierter Altenpfleger (m/w/d) mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Weiterbildung zum Pflegedienstleiter / PDL (m/w/d) oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement
  • Pflegeexperte für außerklinische Beatmung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in der Versorgung intensivpflegebedürftiger und beatmungspflichtiger Patienten
  • Einsatzfreude und Flexibilität
  • Organisationstalent sowie Sozialkompetenz
  • Kooperativer und motivierender Führungsstil
  • Sicherer Umgang in gängigen EDV-Programmen
  • Bewerbungen von schwerbehinderten Menschen (m/w/d) sind ausdrücklich erwünscht

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Sicherstellung einer wirtschaftlichen Personaleinsatzplanung innerhalb Deines Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Führung und fachliche Anleitung Deiner Pflegeteams
  • Individuelle und bedarfsgerechte Förderung der Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)
  • Überwachung des gesamten Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesses sowie Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards
  • Beratung unserer Patienten und deren Familien über Art und Umfang der erforderlichen Versorgung
  • Auswahl, Führung, Beurteilung und Entwicklung von Personal
  • Koordinierung der Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und sonstigen Partnern
