Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Durchsetzungs- und Organisationsvermögen
  • Motivierende Mitarbeiterführung: Sie finden den richtigen Ton in der Mitarbeiteransprache zwischen Wertschätzung und klaren Anweisungen
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenzen im Umgang mit Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden und Aufsichtsgremien

Ihr Profil:

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung als Pflegedienstleitung
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung als Pflegedienstleitung
