  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Organisation des ambulanten Pflegedienstes PflegeMobil Amberg
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende und Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen
  • Erstellung der Dienstpläne
  • Mitwirkung bei Qualitätszirkeln und Umsetzung interner Standards
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger*in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Teamleitung, idealerweise in der ambulanten Pflege
  • Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmanagement und betriebswirtschaftlichem Denken
  • Teamorientierung und Freude an der Führung
