  • Für unseren Auftraggeber, ein Seniorenheim im Raum Landshut, suchen wir Sie als:
  • Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d)
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • -- Sicherstellung der hohen Qualität der Bewohnerversorgung
  • -- Personalführung, -Planung und –Entwicklung
  • -- Aktive Förderung des Qualitätsmanagements
  • -- Kommunikation mit Patienten, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitern
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -- Ausbildung als examinierte/r Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in mit Fachweiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • -- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement
  • -- Kompetenz zur Mitarbeitermotivation und Mitarbeiterführung
  • -- Flexibilität, Loyalität und Kommunikationsfreude
  • -- Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz, sowie Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • -- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
