Was für uns zählt:

Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung (gem. §71 SGB XI)
Erfahrung in leitender Position-idealerweise im teilstationären/ambulanten Bereich
Empathie, Organisationstalent und eine klare Kommunikation
Interesse daran, Pflege weiterzudenken und aktiv mitzugestalten
gerne einen Führerschein der Klasse „B“.
