Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Organisation unseres ambulanten Pflegedienstes
  • Fachliche und menschliche Führung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und individueller Betreuung
  • Kommunikation mit Bewohner:innen, Angehörigen, Team und Träger
  • Planung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende und Klient:innen

Dein Profil

  • Staatlich anerkanntes Examen in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung nach § 71 SGB XI
  • Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege (Führungserfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Organisationstalent mit Herz und Empathie
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Motivieren
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert (kann nachgeholt werden)
  • Teamgeist und echtes Engagement
