Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Anleitung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität gemäß Pflegekonzept, Standards und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Einrichtungsleitung zur strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung
  • Gestaltung und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe im Pflegebereich
  • Ansprechpartnerin für Bewohnerinnen, Angehörige und externe Partner
  • Verantwortung für die Einsatzplanung und Personalführung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL)
  • Führungserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Professionalität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Einfühlungsvermögen
