Das erwartet Dich Als Pflegedienstleitung bist Du das Herzstück unseres ambulanten Pflegedienstes. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Team erfolgreich arbeiten kann und unsere Kundinnen und Kunden die Pflege erhalten, die sie verdienen.

  • führst und entwickelst unser Pflegeteam mit Empathie und Klarheit.
  • organisierst den Pflegealltag und behältst den Überblick.
  • sicherst unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards.
  • koordinierst Dienst- und Tourenplanung.
  • begleitest Pflegevisiten sowie Qualitätsprüfungen.
  • arbeitest eng mit Angehörigen, Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie Kostenträgern zusammen.
  • bringst neue Ideen ein und gestaltest unsere Zukunft aktiv mit.
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • ✔ Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • ✔ Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung gemäß § 71 SGB XI
  • ✔ Erfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
  • ✔ Freude daran, Menschen zu führen und zu fördern
  • ✔ Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • ✔ Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
  • ✔ Führerschein Klasse B
