Im Auftrag eines wirtschaftlich starken und renommierten Trägers der Altenpflege suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) für ein modernes und herzlich geführtes Seniorenheim bei Hohenstein-Ernstthal.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Leitung und Organisation des gesamten Pflegebereichs
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Dienstplanung und Personaleinsatzsteuerung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und externen Partnern

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Dreijährige Ausbildung in der Pflege
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Pflege- oder Gesundheitsmanagement bzw. Bereitschaft dieses zu absolvieren
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
