Für eine etablierte Senioreneinrichtung bei Langenhorn suchen eine erfahrene Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d), die gemeinsam mit ihrem Team die Pflegequalität und die Weiterentwicklung der Einrichtung aktiv gestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben als Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d)

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegebereichs
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Pflegequalität
  • Verantwortung für eine bedarfsgerechte Personal- und Einsatzplanung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Einrichtungsleitung und weiteren Ansprechpartnern

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
  • Anerkannte Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung gemäß § 71 SGB XI
  • Idealerweise Führungserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsstärke
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein wertschätzender Führungsstil
