Für ein etabliertes Seniorenheim nahe Weyhe suchen wir, medcareer- Ihr spezialisierter Personalvermittler im Bereich Medical & Healthcare- eine engagierte und erfahrene Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

Das erwartet Sie:

  • Personalführung und -entwicklung des Pflegeteams inklusive Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards
  • Organisation und Optimierung der Pflegeprozesse und Abläufe im Wohnbereich
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und Behörden in pflegefachlichen Fragen
  • Steuerung des Qualitätsmanagements sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement und in der Pflegedokumentation
  • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Organisationstalent
  • Empathische, kommunikationsstarke und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
