### Die Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Koordination des reibungslosen Pflegegeschehens; damit alle Hand in Hand arbeiten können
  • Effiziente Ablauforganisation und Qualitätsmanagement
  • Unterstützung des Pflegeteams im Pflegealltag

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege – also das nötige Handwerkszeug im Gepäck. Die Qualifikation zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft oder ein abgeschlossenes pflegewissenschaftliches Studium
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Tätigkeit
  • Den Blick für das Ganze
  • Die Fähigkeit, Dinge anzupacken, Prozesse neu zu denken und Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten.
  • Ein guter Sinn für Humor gehört bei uns einfach dazu. Gerade in stressigen Momenten bringt er Leichtigkeit und verbindet uns miteinander.
  • Führerschein für PKW (Fahrzeug wird gestellt)
