### Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossenes 3-jähriges Examen und Pflegedienstleitung nach SGB XI (mind. 460 Stunden)
Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise als PDL in der ambulanten Pflege oder als stv. PDL
Organisationsstärke, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Ausgeprägte Fachkenntnisse & idealerweise Kenntnisse in Medifox oder in anderen Branchensoftware
Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich

### Ihre Aufgaben

Ausbau, Leitung und Steuerung des ambulanten Pflegedienstes
Ausbau des Neukundengeschäfts; Mitarbeitendenakquise
Betreuung der Patient\*innen in betreuten Wohneinrichtungen
Organisation und Umsetzung von Arbeitsabläufen
Sicherstellung der hohen Qualität der Pflege, QM
