Seit 1994 ist die Nordhümmlinger Pflegedienst Albers GmbH mit dem ambulanten Pflegedienst für Sie da. Seit Oktober 2016 wurde das Angebot um den Bereich der Tagespflege erweitert.
Bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt. Wir unterstützen pflege- und hilfsbedürftige Menschen in ihrem familiären und gewohnten Umfeld.
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst (30 Std /Woche)
### Ihr Profil:
abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur examinierten Alten- oder Krankenpfleger Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder vergleichbare
Qualifikation
Führungskompetenz, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
### Ihre Aufgaben:
Erstellung des Dienst- und Belegungsplans
Weiterentwicklung moderner Qualitäts- und Pflegestandards
Steuerung der Pflege- und Betreuungsprozesse
Personalführung
Beratung unserer Kunden und Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen
