Die Pflegediensts Sylt gGmbH versorgen die Menschen auf Sylt mit den Angeboten Essen auf Rädern, Hausnotruf einem ambulanten Dienst und einer vollstationären Einrichtung.

Sie können sich in unseren ambulanten Dienst einbringen.

Wir suchen ab sofort eine Pflegedienstleitung (w/m/d)

Ihr Profil als Pflegedienstleitung:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als exam. Altenpfleger/in, exam. Kranschwester/ Krankenpfleger oder exam. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Fortbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung und damit die Voraussetzungen zur Bestellung als Leitung eines ambulanten Dienstes
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit unseren Patientin und Mitarbeitern
  • Kommunikations- und Kooperationskompetenz

Was Sie erwartet:

  • einen Arbeitsplatz mit einem hohen Maß an Verantwortung
  • die Mitarbeit in einem langjährig bestehenden Team.
