  • Sie führen, fördern und entwickeln Ihr Team mit Herz und Struktur
  • Sie gestalten Dienstpläne, die sowohl den Betrieb als auch die Mitarbeitenden im Blick haben
  • Sie sichern und entwickeln die Pflegequalität kontinuierlich weiter
  • Sie sind im Pflegealltag präsent und unterstützen Ihr Team aktiv
  • Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und externen Partnern
  • Sie sorgen für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Sie optimieren Prozesse und bringen frischen Wind in die Abläufe
  • ### Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Leitungserfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Pflegesoftware und EDV
