  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du führst, förderst und entwickelst dein Team mit Herz und Struktur
  • Du gestaltest Dienstpläne, die sowohl den Betrieb als auch die Menschen im Blick haben
  • Du sicherst und entwickelst die Pflegequalität kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du bist im Pflegealltag präsent und unterstützt dein Team aktiv
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und externen Partnern
  • Du sorgst für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Du optimierst Prozesse und bringst frischen Wind in die Abläufe
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Eine Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Leitungserfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Pflegesoftware und EDV
