  • Jahresgehalt zwischen 52.600 und 61.200 Euro p.a.

  • Pflegeausbildung mit PDL-Weiterbildung oder Studium im Pflegemanagement
  • Leitungserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege
  • Organisationstalent, Empathie und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Digitale Kompetenz und Freude an moderner Pflege
