· kunden-, bedarfs- und qualitätsorientierte Ausführung der Pflege nach aktuellem Wissen

· ordnungsgemäße Führung der Pflegedokumente

Wir erwarten:

· abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung

· Identifikation mit dem Pflegeleitbild und den DRK-Grundsätzen

· selbstständiges Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen

· menschliche Zuwendung und Kooperationsfähigkeit gegenüber den Kunden/Kundinnen

· hohe Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Fortbildung

· Führerscheinklasse: B
