Wir suchen für unser Team in der Seniorenresidenz in der Tagespflege Flensburg eine motivierte Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) , die das Wort „dynamisch“ wörtlich nimmt.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit Leitungsqualifikation/Erfahrung.
  • Organisationstalent, Entscheidungsfreude und Empathie.
  • Sichere Kommunikation und Konfliktfähigkeit.
  • Erfahrung in Dienstplanung, QM und Dokumentation.
  • Motivierende, wertschätzende Führungshaltung.
