## Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung der Kundenplanung zur optimalen Auslastung der Pflegetouren
  • Kundenakquise, -beratung und –kontakt
  • Personalführung und -entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung und Überwachung der pflegerischen Leistungen

## Das sind Sie:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Führungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit zu Koordination und Organisation
  • Empathischer Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
