### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • staatlich anerkanntes Examen als Pflegefachkraft
  • Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung gem. § 71 SGB XI, Studium Pflegemanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Leitungserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung (wünschenswert)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Selbstreflexion, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent
  • Flexibilität, Führungskompetenz sowie sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes

### Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Personalverantwortung für den Pflegebereich inkl. Personaleinsatzplanung, Dienstplangestaltung und Urlaubsplanung unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, Maßnahmen zur Personalentwicklung und Schulungen
  • Rekrutierung von Personal sowie Übernahme des Einstellungsprozesses
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität durch optimale Einsatzplanung
  • Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Pflege und Verwaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei strategischer Personalentwicklung
