Wir, die Häusliche Krankenpflege Pusteblume GmbH, suchen ab sofort eine Pflegedienstleitung m/w/d für die Tagespflege an unseren Standort Meyenburg im teilstationären Bereich.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Erstellung, Kontrolle der Dienstpläne
  • Einsatz und Koordination der Pflegekräfte
  • Durchführung und Protokollierung von Besprechungen mit den Mitarbeitern
  • Beratung und Unterstützung des Pflegepersonals
  • gesamte Personalangelegenheiten
  • Koordination der Patienten
  • Organsisationstalent für kulturelle Veranstaltungen mit den Senioren
  • Akquise, Qualitätsmanagement

Sie erwartet:

  • eine Vollzeiteinstellung
  • Arbeitszeit von Montag bis Freitag und keine Feiertage

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Alten- oder Gesundheitspflege) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und die Qualifikation Pflegedienstleitung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Selbstständigkeit sowie Gründlichkeit
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit erkrankten Senioren
