Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) für den ambulanten Dienst
Wir überzeugen Dich mit:

Vergütung gem. PTG BB Tarifvertrag 2026 je nach Erfahrung
von 4.776,25€ bis 5.695,33€ / Monat bei 39h
Regelmäßige Steigerung des Bruttogehalts
Jahressonderzahlung
30 Tage Urlaub + 24.12. und 31.12.
Du bringst mit:
Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
Idealerweise Erfahrung im Leiten einer mittelgroßen Pflegeeinrichtung
Du verstärkst uns u. a. bei:
Führung der Pflegeeinrichtung mit Dienst- und Tourenplanung
b. B. Durchführung von Grund- und Behandlungspflege
Evaluation der Pflegedokumentation
Sicherstellung und Einhaltung von Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards
Anleiten von Pflegefachkräften
