Für unsere Sozialstation in Zehlendorf suchen wir eine Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d), die Lust hat zu führen, zu gestalten und wirklich etwas zu bewegen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegedienstes
  • Führung und Entwicklung deines Teams
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität
  • Wirtschaftliche und gesetzeskonforme Steuerung des Standorts

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene dreijährige Pflegeausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zur PDL (oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Lust auf Verantwortung und Gestaltung
