  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ✓ Sicherstellung einer bewohnerorientierten Pflegequalität gemäß aktueller pflegewissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • ✓ Personalführung und -entwicklung
  • ✓ Organisation und Koordination des Personaleinsatzes
  • ✓ Entwicklung und Umsetzung hausinterner Standards
  • ✓ Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungskreis des betreuten Wohnens
  • Ihr Profil:
  • ✓ Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als exam. Altenpfleger/-in, Pflegefachkraft oder Kranken- und Gesundheitspfleger/-in
  • ✓ Berufserfahrung in Leitungsposition mit einer Weiterbildung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft (mind.460 Stunden) oder entsprechendes Studium
  • ✓ Geerdete Persönlichkeit mit teamorientiertem Führungsstil und der Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeitermotivation
  • ✓ Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • ✓ Empathiefähigkeit, Organisationstalent, mit lösungsorientiertem und betriebswirtschaftlichem Handeln
