Für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst Hauskrankenpflege Brieselang Champion GmbH suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Pflegedienstleitung (PDL) (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Koordination der ambulanten Pflege
  • Fachliche Führung und Unterstützung unseres Pflegteams
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und individuellen Pflege
  • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
  • Durchführung von Pflegevisiten und regelmäßigen Qualitätsstandards
  • Kommunikation mit Pflegebedürftigen, Angehörigen, Ärzten und Kooperationspartnern
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Abläufe

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung bzw. zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft
  • Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege wünschenswert
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Mitarbeiterführung und an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
