Als Teil der EMVIA LIVING Gruppe (55 Einrichtungen, 4.200 Mitarbeitende, 6.000 Bewohner:innen) gestalten Sie Pflege in einem starken und verlässlichen Umfeld.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und interner Standards
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
  • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung sowie Personalsteuerung
  • Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und externen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Pflegekonzepts und der Abläufe
  • Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement und die Dokumentation
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Einrichtungsleitung und anderen Fachbereichen

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder vergleichbar)
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pflegemanagement
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position vorweisen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamgeist
