## Ihre Führungsaufgaben bei Lichtblick Krefeld

  • Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer hohen Pflegequalität
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung, Motivation und Förderung des Pflegeteams
  • Effiziente Dienst- und Tourenplanung sowie Überwachung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Vertrauensvolle Kommunikation mit Patienten, Angehörigen, Ärzten und Kassen

## Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege)
  • Anerkannte Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (PDL) oder ein entsprechendes Studium
  • Führungserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege ist von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Organisationsgeschick
