Eine renommierte Senioreneinrichtung sucht Sie als Pflegedienstleiterin / Pflegedienstleiter - PDL m/w/d - in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die fachgerechte Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation der Pflegeprozesse
  • Umsetzung der Konzepte und Verfahren aus dem Qualitätsmanagementhandbuch
  • Verantwortung für die Personaleinsatzplanung, Personalführung und -Entwicklung unter Berücksichtigung betriebswirtschaftlicher Aspekte
  • Fachliche und menschliche Anleitung der Kollegen/innen des Teams sind eine Selbstverständlichkeit für Sie

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit mindestens drei Jahren Berufserfahrung und landesrechtlicher Anerkennung zur verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft
  • hohe soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikations- und Beratungstalent
  • Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität
  • gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word, Outlook und Excel
  • Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und beweisen soziale Stärke im Umgang mit Bewohnern, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitern
