  • Personal- und Einsatzplanung
  • fachliche Anleitung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung der Dokumentation
  • Team- und Fallbesprechungen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Qualitätsprüfungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegekassen, Ärzten, Angehörigen und Kooperationspartnern

Ihr Profil

  • examinierte Pflegefachkraft, z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann oder Altenpfleger/in
  • abgeschlossene

PDL-/Leitungsweiterbildung mit mindestens 460 Stunden

  • Berufserfahrung im Pflege- oder Gesundheitsbereich
  • Führungskompetenz, Organisationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
