Wir suchen für den stationären Bereich ab sofort eine Krankheitsvertretung für eine vorerst befristete Anstellung (35h/Woche) als

Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) in Thum

Ihre Aufgaben:

Leitung und Führung des stationären Pflegebereiches auf Grundlage wirtschaftlicher Sicherheiten
Effektives Personaleinsatzmanagement sowie Versorgungsplanung von Pflegeaufträgen
Pflegevisiten zur Sicherstellung von aktuellen Bedarfsversorgungen
Mitarbeitervisiten zur Sicherstellung der pflegerischen Versorgung
Beratungsbesuche, Aufnahmegespräche, Abschließen von Pflegeverträgen
Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Grundlagen und Qualitätsrichtlinien
Planung und Durchführung von Dienstberatungen, Teamberatungen, Fallbesprechungen für alle sich im Einsatz befindlichen Berufsgruppen
Feststellung und Organisation von Weiterbildungsbedarfen
Soll/Ist Controlling und Abrechnungsvorbereitungen
Kooperationen mit Klienten, Angehörigen und externen Dienstleistern (Ärzte, Apotheke, Therapeuten, o.Ä.)

Unser Angebot:

befristete Anstellung mit 35 Wochenstunden
angemessene Vergütung nach Tarif (TV DRK-Sachsen/ver.di), Entgeltgruppe P11 und Entgeltstufe je nach Berufserfahrung; Sonderzahlung (Weihnachtsgeld)

Ihre Qualifikation:

Staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft z.B. Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Kinderkrankenpfleger, Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d)
Qualifikation zur Pflegedienstleitung ist zwingend erforderlich
Erfahrung in der Pflegedienstleitung
Führungs- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz
Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Handlungsfähigkeit
Aufgabenorientiertes Arbeiten und damit verbundene Entscheidungsfähigkeit
Emotionale Stabilität und sicheres Auftreten
Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterbildung
