  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards
  • ### IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Pflegefachfrau/-mann, examinierte Krankenpflegerin)
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder abgeschlossenes Pflegestudium
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Leitungserfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege
  • Sicheres Wissen zu gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Anforderungen der Aufsicht
  • Führungsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung
