  • Kooperation mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten sowie externen Kooperationspartnern

  • Motivation, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Akquise neuer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • ### IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
  • Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung einer stationären Einrichtung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Sichere EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Hohe fachliche und soziale Kompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
