Für unsere Diakoniestation und Wohngemeinschaft auf Amrum suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegedienstleitung (w/m/d) in Vollzeit .

Deine Aufgabe

Du führst und entwickelst unseren Pflegebereich und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine hohe Qualität in der Versorgung.

Dazu gehören:

  • Führung und Entwicklung deines Teams
  • Organisation und Koordination des Pflegealltags
  • Sicherstellung von Pflegequalität und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Planung der Pflegetouren und Personaleinsätze
  • Pflegevisiten und Unterstützung bei der Dokumentation
  • Weiterentwicklung unseres Pflegedienstes
  • Mit anpacken, wenn es darauf ankommt

Du passt zu uns, wenn …

  • du examinierte Pflegefachkraft bist und eine Weiterbildung zur PDL / leitenden Pflegefachkraft hast
  • du bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung mitbringst
  • du gerne führst, organisierst und Verantwortung übernimmst
  • du eine Hands-on-Mentalität hast und nicht nur vom Schreibtisch aus führst
  • du empathisch, zuverlässig und souverän bist
  • du Lust hast, Neues zu lernen und Pflege aktiv mitzugestalten
  • du einen Führerschein Klasse B besitzt
