Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und erfahrene

Pflegedienstleitung (w/m/d) ab 25 Wochenstunden

für unsere Tagespflege „Zum Schneiderwirt“ in Segringen die mit fachlicher Kompetenz und Empathie unser Team bereichert.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung zur Verantwortlichen Pflegefachkraft oder Pflegedienstleitung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise mit Leitungserfahrung
  • Freude im Umgang mit Menschen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Motivation, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
  • Organisationsgeschick und wirtschaftliches Handeln
